    Rockville, MD Application Process

    • Request a tour by calling (301) 804 – 4360
    • To start the application process one must submit:
      • St. Coletta and Montgomery County Applications
      • Most recent IEP (or IP)
      • Psychological evaluation
      • Vocational assessments
      • PT/OT assessments
      • Most recent physical with negative TB test-needed prior to scheduling an assessment
      • BSP needed (if applicable)
    • Schedule an assessment/one day trial meeting

    Note: At this time the rockville site has a waitlist. Please submit application if you would like to be added to our waitlist

     

    Alexandria, VA Application Process

    • Request a tour by calling (571) 438-6940
    • To start the application process one must submit:
      • Application
      • Most recent IEP
      • Psychological evaluation
      • PT/OT assessments
      • Most recent physical with negative TB test-needed prior to scheduling an assessment
      • BSP (if applicable)
    • Schedule an assessment / one day trial
