St. Coletta of Greater Washington is a state of the art special education facility serving school-age children and adults with cognitive disabilities, autism and secondary disabilities. We have immediate need for:

Special Education Teachers
Must be certified or capable of being certified in Special Education and endorsed (MR) or willing to pursue certification. Experience with project-based learning and multiple intelligences theory a plus.

Occupational Therapists
Must be licensed or capable of being licensed in DC. Experience with Special Needs population a plus

Speech Pathologists
Must be licensed or capable of being licensed in DC. Experience with Special Needs population a plus.

Physical Therapist
Must be licensed or capable of being licensed in DC. Experience with Special Needs population a plus.

Classroom Aides
Able to provide caring, positive support to students throughout the school day. Support classroom teacher and school activities including functional academic and recreational programs. Must be high school graduate; college level classes and/or experience with special needs population a plus.

Adult Program Assistants
Work in Adult Day Support Program with one-to-one responsibility. Professional experience with Special Needs adult population and/or college degree desired. Special skills in cooking, textile and fine arts, and gardening a plus.

Experienced Weavers
Experienced Weavers needed to support an artisan group of adults with developmental disabilities with our Woodmont Weavers Program. Professional experience with Special Needs population and/or college degree a plus. Woodmont Weavers is located in a storefront facility in Ballston Mall in Arlington, VA.
